Buthina Modern industrial Technology Center Was established as an independent specialized private training center in the year 2002, with the prime specialization in automotive and industrial training.

The main activity of the center is to train fresh graduate engineers and diploma holders on modern automotive technology. As well as conduct special training programs for the vocational and industrial learning schools instructors. A training program on automotives and industrial applications are held for the private sector technicians and engineers. Also a specialized management courses for the managers and administrative personnel are designed to upgrade the workshop and industrial managements.

The trainees receive primitive and advance training on modern vehicles technology using computer based training programs, simulators as well as real vehicle applications.

The policy of the center is to provide the trainees with actual skill and knowledge on the modern industry applications specially the automotive applications  , the trainee will not need more training to start the work in the field of application, he can start the job directly right from the first day. He/She will gain general knowledge on most of vehicles and on the dealership atmosphere and service process. He/She will save time for future experience, no need for job experience to start the new job. Also understand the automotive atmosphere and job requirement before being hooked to the job, by this they have the opportunity to decide if they will continue in automotive field or quit, this will reduce the  job turn over.

 The training compose of theoretical training by using modern computer based programs training with very advance computer simulators which are used for FORD, GM, TOYOTA, CHRYSLER, NISSAN, AND MITSUBISHI , etc. training.

 Also training include practical application using modern vehicles where trainees can apply their knowledge directly on actual vehicles and use Scan and diagnostic tools to test and repair vehicles.

The Center includes a workshop lab with most of vehicles actual parts and systems, like engines, transmissions, air conditioning, etc. Which can be used for assembly and disassembly training?

In a comprehensive training course specially designed for fresh graduate and engineering students, the trainees get first detailed technical training on engine repair and diagnosis every one has to disassemble and assemble engine. Also ABS AIR BAG and Air conditioning systems. Then to attend a training course on engine and transmission controls and diagnosis using computer based programs, and video programs. after that they will study management and service advisor courses with emphasis on how to use all workshop papers and forms and proper customer handling and shop flow process.

Supervisors and workshop manager will train on all the above and get a course on workshop management and control and job dispatching as well as time and motion study and  finance calculation.

The trainees will have an opportunity to experience real life dealer operation by organizing a visits with small training program in some car dealerships specially maintenance department.

The Instructors are high skilled trainers most of them are of  automotive dealership service managers and vocational training institute instructors, and some of the university doctors also participate in the training programs specially the management training programs.

The center signed a cooperation agreements with the main universities in Jordan where a combined training attendance certificate with the BALQA  APPLIED ENGINEERING UNIVERSITY can be issued for special training programs. This certificate is recognized by MINISTRY OF LABORE. The agreements enable the Engineering Students to attend training programs which can be part of the university training requirement .

The Center can modify the training curriculum to adapt to the requirement of certain companies who wish to hire certain candidates. Then center will design special courses for these companies according to the job requirement. The center had an agreements with some companies in Jordan and the gulf for preparing and selecting job candidates according to there requirements.
